小妹到市場買來的新鮮魚片，本來想做成糖醋口味，但似乎缺少創意。我說不然我們來試試番紅花香料做成西式口味好了，看看副材料似乎也不缺，就決定拿出珍藏的香料---番紅花。香料的味道醇郁卻不嗆鼻，一種淡淡的香味在口腔裡傳開，難怪有人說好的番紅花價值跟黃金一樣。之前我都只用它做Paella De Pescado&lt;a href="http://oceanjen.blogspot.com/2007/08/blog-post.html"&gt;西班牙海鮮飯&lt;/a&gt;，但今天用來燉魚的湯汁不輸海鮮飯呢!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法大致如下:&lt;br /&gt;1. 魚片先沾粉煎一下定型 。花椰菜入熱水川燙後備用。&lt;br /&gt;2. 馬鈴薯、蕃茄、巧克力菇切成拇指大小。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. 鍋內放些許油後將百里香、蒜片爆香後加入番紅花炒一下，&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; 悠閒午後，老爹坐在院子的竹涼椅上，手上搧著雞毛扇，眼神放空，似乎還未從午睡中醒來。老媽帶著老花眼鏡坐在長椅凳上，利用天然的光線拆著她的舊衣服，準備重新改造縫製。我拿巧克力蛋糕出來放在桌上，加熱熱水瓶的水，摘著一心二頁的新鮮薄荷葉，自顧自的照起像來，不知那二老已經虎視耽耽看我何時照完，準備品嘗一下。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;最後我加上我做的冰淇淋當做醬汁放旁邊，老爹滿足吃了第一口，看著照片，我自己都覺得好吃。&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5208751937955118130" style="DISPLAY: block;
